A project is one idea. Keep separate ideas in separate projects so the scores stay honest.
1. Describe the idea#
Sign up, then write the idea in a sentence or two: who has the problem, what breaks today, and what you think you'd build. Vague is fine at this stage — the Cofounder will push you to sharpen it.
2. Answer the onboarding questions#
Wedge asks a short series of questions to pull out the customer, the problem, and the current workaround. These seed the first canvas cards.
3. Review the canvas#
You'll land in the workspace with cards for the problem, target customer, and early competitor picture. Edit anything that's wrong — the Cofounder works from what's on the canvas.
4. Start collecting evidence#
Your Validation Score starts near zero on purpose. Raise it by:
- Quantifying the problem
- Running customer interviews
- Mining community demand
- Generating a landing page and capturing signups
