By creating an account or using Wedge, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use Wedge.

Wedge is a software tool that helps founders validate startup ideas through AI-assisted research, canvas building, roadmap planning, document generation, and chat-based guidance.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. AI-generated outputs are suggestions, not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or appear compromised.

Some features consume AI credits. Credits, subscription plans, and prices are described in-app and on our Pricing page.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing or purchasing credits, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

Subscription changes, cancellations, refunds, and credit expiration follow the terms shown at checkout and in your account settings.

You may not use Wedge to generate or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or discriminatory content.

You may not attempt to access other users' accounts, scrape the service, reverse engineer the app, or interfere with its operation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You own the ideas and content you create in Wedge. We do not claim ownership of your project materials.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content so we can provide the service, including sending relevant context to AI providers.

Wedge's brand, code, designs, and AI system prompts are our intellectual property. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ends, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Wedge is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete — always verify critical business, legal, or financial decisions with qualified professionals.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you did not pay.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
