Account information: name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up or sign in with Google.

Project content: the ideas, descriptions, canvas nodes, chat messages, documents, roadmaps, competitor research, and other materials you create or upload while using Wedge.

Usage data: feature usage, credit transactions, generated AI outputs, and error logs that help us operate and improve the service.

Payment data: Wedge does not store full card numbers. Subscription and billing details are handled by Stripe, and we keep a record of your plan, invoices, and credit purchases.

To provide the Wedge service: authenticate you, save your projects, generate AI responses, track credit usage, and send account-related emails.

To improve the product: we review aggregated usage and error data to fix bugs, prioritize features, and keep the service reliable.

To communicate with you: product updates, billing notices, onboarding tips, and support responses. You can opt out of non-essential messages.

We do not sell your personal data or use your project content to train shared AI models.

Managed backend and database provider for account and project storage.

AI gateway and model providers to generate chat, research, roadmap, and document outputs.

Stripe for payment processing, subscription management, and invoicing.

Transactional email provider for sign-in links, password resets, receipts, and product notices.

We only share the minimum data necessary and rely on written agreements with each provider.

We use first-party cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember UI preferences (such as a dismissed banner), and track onboarding reward progress.

We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies inside the app.

Paid plans and credit purchases are processed by Stripe. Wedge stores your plan type, credit balance, transaction history, and Stripe customer/invoice references — but never your full card number.

You can delete individual projects from the dashboard at any time. Project deletion removes the associated canvas, documents, research, and chat history from your account.

To request deletion of your entire account and personal data, email us at the address below. We will process the request within a reasonable time, unless we are required to retain certain records by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product or applicable laws change. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
